By accessing or using the Burgee website, mobile app, or ordering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services (though you are seriously missing out on some incredible burgers).
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. When you place an order, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing information.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We try our absolute best to get your food to you hot and fresh, but sometimes traffic or weather gets in the way.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect items), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion based on the circumstances. We cannot issue refunds for food that has been fully consumed.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please use a strong password and don't share it.
The Burgee name, logo, website design, images, and brand assets are our exclusive property. The "Smoky Cheesy Burger" catchphrase belongs to us. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this site. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
